Online purchases

In order to make an online purchase, go the product catalogue item you wish to buy and click on the "Add to cart" button.

Always check the Sizing Chart on the About page before ordering your garment.

This website uses a straightforward Paypal system of payment. Your garment will be sent to you within 24 hours of when we receive confirmation of payment.

Return policy

If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items for a refund or exchange within 10 days of placing your order. Please email as soon as you can if this is the case, to explain the reason for the problem.

The returned garment must be returned in exactly the same new condition as it was originally sent, with all labels, tickets etc still attached. Make sure it is carefully packaged. You will then be reimbursed once the garment has been delivered to the address of Garments that are damaged or soiled in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. In this case a refund will be denied. All of the garments on the Laurelle website have instructions for cleaning and pressing. It is important that these are followed.

New Zealand customers

Once a garment has been ordered and payment has been received, it will be posted to anywhere in New Zealand free of delivery charges. Orders can only be sent to a physical address. Please no Post Office boxes or private bags.

International customers

The cost of postage for International orders will be at a flat rate of $20 NZ. You should add this amount to the price of the item when you make a payment. Refer to this document for details of making an international transfer into the Kiwi bank account you'll receive when you reserve a dress. If you are an international purchaser, please email before sending back a return order. You may return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of placing your order.

Laurelledresses will not be liable for any customs surcharges or any other fees.

The garments being sold on the website are priced in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST (New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax of 15%).

Any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. When returning garments, please use a track and trace courier to safely return a purchase. Do not use a postal service. can not be held responsible for a return that fails to arrive. If there are charges incurred as a result of a return, these will be deducted from your refund. Any courier fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund the costs of any courier.
